Description
Here is a real gloomy looking city. I'm not entirely sure what's going on there at the top of the building.
What I was thinking when I drew it, was that the big building is a refinery, and that the light coming out of the top is some kind of pressure release.
Not sure. Looks cool though, so I suppose it doesn't matter what it is.
